Are you passionate about data, social media and data-led decision making? Are you curious minded and a proactive problem solver? Here at Digital Voices, we help brands engage communities and drive global customer acquisitions. We are looking for an Insights Analyst who is keen to demonstrate and grow your analytical skills within the Influencer Marketing industry.

We are looking for someone to:

  • Dive into the influencer marketing world
  • Support the Creative Strategy team with insights to help win new clients and grow our business
  • Regularly present research and insight projects to internal teams and clients
  • Ensure there’s a narrative to all work, allowing clients to easily understand the insights presented
  • Analyse social media conversations, looking for patterns to identify topics and underlying themes, e.g.: brand perception analysis, competitor analysis, product passion and pain points analysis or unmet needs analysis
  • Working with the Creative Strategy team to develop campaign reports and reporting structures
  • Create benchmarks to evaluate performance against metrics
  • Help the team understand what works and what doesn’t work
  • Provide recommendations and strategic input across the whole agency
  • Most importantly, to learn something new!

About you

You’ll have a strong grasp of data analysis, as well as going beyond the numbers and providing the ‘why’. You’ll also have a deep knowledge of social media data and have an understanding of online audience behaviours across the social media landscape, especially. YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and others.

You’ll have:

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in research social media data analytics, agency or client side
  • University degree (Ideally MA level)
  • Ability to translate large amounts of data into concise and impactful insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you’ll be liaising with clients and with internal teams that rely on your expertise. The ability to explain the finer points of social data to non-experts in simple terms is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly diligent, problem solver
  • Proactive and a great problem solver
  • Storyteller, excellent communication, strong writing skills, and a confident presentation style
  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude with a desire to learn
  • Productive under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines
  • A team player with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Additional languages desirable
