Historically BILT has struggled to encourage App downloads amongst their B2C audiences, with most users only downloading the App after purchasing an item that required at-home install or assembly. Our challenge was to increase brand awareness amongst both Millennials and Gen-Z audiences, within the US, by showing the benefits the App could provide.

We partnered with 10 micro to mid-sized US influencers on TikTok, from DIYer, Professionals, Gen-Zer and Lifestyle creators. Each creator produced one video that highlighted the benefits of using the BILT App across a range of at-home instals, ultimately positioning BILT as the go-to App that empowers people by providing revolutionary at-home 3D assembly instructions.
