Our challenge was to build brand awareness and amplify ZURU Toys influencer presence on YouTube and TikTok in 7 countries throughout Europe. Content had to ensure cultural nuance for each location and engage a Gen Alpha demographic, all while adhering to advertising age restrictions.

Our multilingual team executed a total of 69 localized campaigns across Europe over two years, delivering 390 pieces of short form content across TikTok, YouTube & Instagram. We navigated age restrictions by partnering with adult influencers who have an affinity with younger toy-loving demographics, and crafted engaging and compliant family-focused content while ensuring the preferences of Gen Alpha were considered. We secured usage rights to maximize the reach of top-performing content through paid social, leveraging market-specific interests.
