Today we’re shining a light on some team members whom you may not have seen on your social media feeds, but play an integral part in ensuring the agency serves our clients and continues growing.
Trent is a true tech wizard, helping shape and create next-gen capabilities at Digital Voices to support the brands of today and build the brands of the future.
Trent has been with us since June 2022. Before this, he spent 11 years of his career at media digital experience agency, twentysix, where he held senior positions such as Director of Data Science and Analytics & Conversion Director.
Since joining the Digital Voices team, Trent has skyrocketed the agency’s tech capabilities further than we could have ever imagined, leading the delivery for Chord, our very own internal influencer campaign management platform, and a new data launch in February🤐.
Trent has grown a high-performing, passionate Tech & Product team to serve our clients better and to enable a culture of experimentation and innovation throughout the business.
Fun fact: He’s also KFC’s biggest fan.
Finance is an integral part of any business, and Melanie has built a strong team and system that ensures the agency is both financially efficient and financially transparent.
Melanie implemented and since manages the company’s use of the payment automation system Tipalti. Implementing this payment system has allowed us to scale our clients' influencer activity globally, by paying thousands of influencers seamlessly, at any one time!
Before joining Digital Voices in July 2021, Melanie held positions such as Director of Finance - Technology Operations at the London Stock Exchange Group and Finance Manager at Experian. With Melanie’s eyes on the agency’s finances, our clients and creators are in the best hands.
Arthur is our in-house videography extraordinaire. He joined us in July 2023, but in just 6 months, he’s made the most incredible impact on the business.
Jumping straight into his passion for videography after studying Drama, Directing, and Acting at university, Arthur brings 5 years of video production and editing experience to the team.
Arthur works alongside the Paid Social team, editing creator ad cutdowns and additional content for our clients. He’s super fast and is quickly building out best-practice ad assets to hit targets!
Supporting Digital Voices’ marketing team, Arthur delivers the agency's message and personality to the influencer marketing industry. He films and edits our Creator: Behind the Influence podcast and newly launched agency vlog, as well as creating case study videos and sizzle reels.

Anna G joined us as a Campaign Producer in 2021, and she now holds the title of Senior Campaign Manager. Not only does Anna manage our Adobe campaign team, but she also organizes learning sessions with brands and creators, like last year’s planning day with Unilever, and she is the lead for tech and processes for the CPs, developing workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently.
Anna brings valuable language skills to the team. She is fluent in Spanish and Catalan, and is working on her Italian too! This allows us to connect with creators and clients in our expanding European portfolio.
